The train cars come fully assembled with Industry Standard NMRA Automatic Couplers, metal wheels and the original box which is showing some wear and is stained on the front. Accurately scaled from engineering drawings. Crisp, detailed, realistic lettering, matched to prototype photographs. Industry standard NMRA couplers included. Realistic satin paint finish, great for weathering with chalks or airbrush. Standard draft gear box – accepts NMRA or magnetic knuckle type couplers. Detailed engineering plastic truck sideframes. Low-friction, non magnetic, needlepoint metal axles, no lubrication ever required. Part of the renowned Walthers line of HO Scale rolling stock. The train cars in my opinion are in Like New condition. The cars in the photos are the actual cars that are for sale. I do my best to list any defects in the item description. The train cars are from my father’s personal collection. As a lifetime model railroader, he has acquired an incredible collection of engines, cars, buildings, figurines and supplies.
