Gorgeous saddle made by THOROWGOOD, and its a new old stock saddle that was made years ago back when Thorowgood saddles were made in Walsall, Great Britain. It is beautifully made and of super nice quality. Size 18.5 seat. No serial number stamp. Flap measures 17.25 from top of the stirrup bar to bottom of the flap. Beautiful two-tone brown in color. The upper part (minus the smooth leather flaps) is what looks to me like it could be NUBUCK BUFFALO LEATHER which offers more grip than smooth leather would. Gorgeous look and design to this saddle! Adjustable tree which is easily adjusted. With a 6mm metric allen wrench which is included. Beautifully shaped deeper seat. Padded knee rolls and medium size knee blocks. I believe the flocking is high density foam over wool, which is a nicer, more comfortable and longer-lasting type of flocking than just traditional wool. Triple billets with billet covers. This saddle is NEW WITH TAGS, though it is a new old stock saddle and does show some shop/storage wear. One flap has a red sharpie and black pen mark on the knee roll, as shown in close-ups.
